Well money is basically a non issue for LAL, Kobe, Pau, Bynum, Odom, Artest, Harris and some reserves are all under contract for at least four years. So he basically has no chance of getting cap space so I can understand the deal, but in 2 or 3 years, Brand could be below 70 and making 17+ million. The two worst contracts in the league are probably being traded for each other.
