Atlanta Hawks Trade 79 Al Horford - $4,307,640 - $5,444,857 - $7,143,652 72 Maurice Evans - $2,500,000 - $2,500,000
Total Outgoing - $6,807,640 Total Incoming - $8,120,200
Oklahoma City Thunder Trade 80 David Lee - $7,000,000 62 B.J. Mullens - $1,120,200 - $1,204,200 - $1,288,200 - $2,253,062 - $3,293,976 2010 OKC 1st Round Pick 2013 OKC 1st Round Pick
Total Outgoing - $8,120,200 Total Incoming - $6,807,640
I accept. Tough to trade Horford, but I think David Lee is a better player right now. He got 20 and 11 with the Knicks, yes, but I still think he grabs 11+ boards no matter what team he's on. He might not average 20 but I think he's still good for 15+ a night. Not worried about D because I now have (hopefully if the trade is approved) Bynum behind Lee for any mistakes. 2 future firsts are nice as well.

I accept, Horford has a better contract with 2 more years atleast, Evans will also help, so I'm trading 1 starter and 1 bench for 2 starters. The 13 1st I don't care about and the 2011 1st is gonna be kinda hard to loce, but for now the trade will be good.
I accept.

I guess just move it to rejected and we'll post a new deal if we can agree on one

Well I guess since we decided to just change the 2011 First to a 2010, we can keep this up. Edited the deal and I accept

I accept the first shouldn't be that high.

If my math is correct, this will put the Hawks at 53,679,267 guaranteed for 10/11. With no bird rights, that will leave around 4,000,000 to resign David Lee. I assume Atlanta is planning to create room through other moves, but at this point he is around 7,000,000 short of what Lee received in July.
Besides that, Horford is arguably the greater overall player of the two, and he is on a great contract. There is no guarantee that with the number of teams with cap room Lee will even resign. And I am not expecting the 2010 First to be significantly high. I can accept Horford for Lee, but with the other factors I will reject this.

I'm not too sure about this trade, Horford still has 2 years while Lee is expiring. ATL could be potentially losing Horford for nothing if Lee doesn't re-sign. I'd like to hear from other CMs before I make a final decision.

Projected lineups:
ATL Andrew Bynum David Lee Marvin Williams Monta Ellis Mike Bibby
Jamal Crawford
OKC Al Horford Chris Bosh James Harden OJ Mayo Jordan Farmar
The affect on the lineups are pretty good but the issue is, will Lee resign? That plus right now ATL doesn't have the cap space for that to be possible. There is a long time to get cap space though.
I could go either way but I guess I will accept.

You can't trade your 2013 pick. 2010's, 2011's and 2012's only.

If ATL or OKC aren't interested in re-formulating this deal, it'll go in reject.
