good start...
some more suggestions:
Decreases Jermaine O'neal 88 > 78 Redd 85 > 81 (about the same like Allen) Stojakovic 80 > 73 Richard Jefferson 87 > 78 McDyess 81 > 75 (like Sheed 75) Kirilenko 85 > 80 Josh Howard 87 > 79 Ilgauskas 80 > 75 K-Mart 83 > 78 JR Smith 80 > 75
Increases Kevin Durant 86 > 90 - already a top 10 player Melo 91 > 93 Pau Gasol 89 > 93 - best PF on earth (better than Dirk and Amare, who are 93 too) Bogut 79 > 82 one of the better centers in the league (see trade discussion) Gallinari 69 > 75 Deron Williams 81 > 88 (almost as good as Paul 90)

Wheres Eric Gordon on this list??
Hes currently a 75, if your going to make George Hill a 77, Gordon should be a 78-79 IMO.

Just another random disagreement:
George Hill averaged 12.4 ppg last season, and only 2.9 apg and 2.6 rpg, and doesn't play defense
Definately does not warrant a 77.. I would say 72-73 is a good rating for him

Eric Gordon to 79.
You're probably right about George Hill, I'll reduce him.

I'm trying to find where I said I'd get every single player in the league's rating absolutely spot-on without any arguement ;D
Will definitely get around to Sonny Weems next set of changes. I'm done for tonight though.

That looks great. For the next set, I suggest...
Mike Bibby from 84 to mid 70s. He is not a starting caliber PG at this point. No defense and almost purely a spot up shooter on offense.
Michael Redd from 85 to low 70s. He's played 51 games in 2 years, and was extraordinarily inefficient in the 18 from a year ago, shooting 35%. Now he's 31, and not expected back for another 6 months, if that.
Andre Iguodala from 89 to mid 80s. Iggy's all around ability is an asset to a team, but he is not the caliber of an 89. He lacks the offensive ability to be a star, or be a team's first, or second, option.
Richard Jefferson from 87 to high 70s. An all around average player at this point. Respectable, but no part of his game is exceptional.
Kenyon Martin from 83 to mid 70s. Only respectable on the boards and defensively, and not a threat offensively. Will turn 33 this year, and expected to miss significant time with another injury that will likely only further diminish his value.

I don't think Gasol is better than Dirk, Bosh, and Amare... he is good, but he isn't a superstar. Even when he was the best player on his team in Memphis, he only put up 20 ppg. Dirk, Bosh, and Amare all have put up 25+ ppg and are truly superstars, where as Gasol is more of a team player/roleplayer type of guy

Yep, those are all guys I thought twice about before leaving, I'll probably go ahead with some of those. Agree with Mr Barber regarding Pau.

If reke is bumped up to 85, I think curry should get a slight increase also.
